Free initial telephone consultation followed by an in-person property visit
HouseLift will then draw up a report of suggested work which is unique to your property. The report contains various options at different price points allowing you to decide what works best for your budget.
Recommended work may include:
Deep cleaning and/or decluttering
Changing soft furnishings (curtains, c - cushions, bedding, etc.*)
Implementing new decor (artwork, decorative items*)
Removing or adding furniture
Improving external appearance
Decor touch ups**
There is the option to have HouseLift do the recommended work or to do it yourself
Prices are based on the sale price of the property and payment is taken upon completion of sale
*HouseLift provides these items as part of the service
**HouseLift may recommend more major work such as painting and decorating and can recommend tradespeople if required.

£100 for the initial property report. If you decide to proceed with the suggestions from the report, the final price is based on the sale price that your property achieves, and the report fee is deducted from this.
